Microscopy Today

A great image of a Dandelion was featured on the front cover of Microscopy Today's May/June 2002 issue. The image was captured by Dr. Gary Gaugler from MICROTECHNICS Inc., with a Pixera Penguin 600CL and a 10:1 C-mount macro lens. Exposure was in natural light for 2.5 seconds with an equivalent ISO-100 sensitivity. The original image consists of 5.8 million pixels.
